A.   All the Shipping Companies now recommend that you carry your passport, when travelling abroad.

UK: - Irish and British citizens do not strictly require a passport to travel between the two countries - however, some form of identification is required. All other nationalities do require their passports.

France: - All persons, including babies require a valid passport. Irish citizens can include their children on their passport. Persons residing outside the EU may need a visa. Please check with your embassy.
